Somali Evening Celebration

Helsinki (18.10.2011) Sahan International representatives participated the Somali Evening Celebration arranged by Finnish Somalia Network ry, which held in Käpylä Työväen House in Helsinki.


75 repesentatives from different organizations had participated the celebration. The objectives of the Somali Evening was fund raising for the Finnish Somalia Network joint project, which will be implemented 2012 if Finland Foreign Ministry grants the fund.


The main evening events were that the speech of Finland Foreign Ministry representative, the Somali traditional food, which all the participants liked and the Somali traditional folkore dancing and songs.
